He worked almost completely independently and took excellent care of his work…His standards for quality and certainty are very high. UX research was where we had the most friction with stakeholders, and he took those conversations on himself, advocating for better outcomes…He is outspoken and decisive, and he managed processes in a role that needed it, work that often sits closer to product management…He also gave other designers and stakeholders feedback on their products readily.
Darren has made a huge difference in our abilities to demo software with his fantastic design skills and ability to create experiences that resonate with the customer. It’s always a challenge showing software, but even more so when it’s a headless API.
